Activity Program Flow

1. Context Setting & Ice Breakers (5–10 minutes)

The host welcomes everyone and sets the tone with a fun challenge: build the tallest freestanding tower using spaghetti, marshmallows, and tape. Teams are formed, rules explained, and the energy begins to rise!

2. Activity Briefing (5 minutes)

Each team must plan, design, and construct a tower that stands tall and steady. Creativity, stability, and teamwork matter most — no blueprints, just your brain and a bit of marshmallow magic.

3. Action Time (60–90 minutes)

Teams jump into the build! Quick thinking, smart collaboration, and a touch of chaos fuel the tower-building frenzy. A surprise constraint may shake things up — keep your cool and aim high!

4. Reflecting & Connecting (5 minutes)

Once the towers are tested, teams reflect on what helped them rise and where they wobbled. Lessons in resourcefulness, real-time problem solving, and shared decision-making emerge

5. Closing & Wrap Up (5–10 minutes)

Winners are celebrated, creative fails are applauded, and teams leave with big smiles (and maybe marshmallow fingers). A quick recap ties the fun back to teamwork and innovation at work.
