Activity Program Flow

1. Context Setting & Ice Breakers (5–10 minutes)

The host welcomes everyone to the mission, setting the scene of a sudden leadership crisis. After dividing into teams, a fast-paced icebreaker gets adrenaline pumping and preps participants for a high-stakes rescue operation.

2. Activity Briefing (5 minutes)

Participants are introduced to the storyline and shown how to use the interactive web app to explore virtual rooms, unlock intel, and decode clues. Rules, objectives, and the time frame are laid out—but strategy is up to the teams.

3. Action Time (60–90 minutes)

The race is on! Teams dive into the digital maze, uncovering clues, solving puzzles, and tracking down the missing CEO. Rival teams may cross paths, and twists await at every turn. Success demands sharp thinking, split-second decisions, and flawless collaboration.

4. Reflecting & Connecting (5 minutes)

Once the CEO is found (or not!), the group reflects on key moments. Teams discuss how they made decisions under pressure, communicated roles, and handled ambiguity—mirroring leadership challenges in real workplace scenarios.

5. Closing & Wrap Up (5–10 minutes)

The experience wraps with a debrief on performance highlights, clever moves, and learnings. Final scores are revealed, applause is shared, and one thing is clear—every team had to step up and lead when it mattered most.
