Activity Program Flow

1. Context Setting & Ice Breakers (5–10 minutes)

Welcome to the scene of the crime. The host sets the stage with playful icebreakers and just enough backstory to spark suspicion. Teams are handed character roles and costumes to kick off the chaos.

2. Activity Briefing (5 minutes)

Each team is briefed on how to use the mobile portal to access clues, explore rooms, and track suspects. With evidence packets in hand and theories brewing, the race to solve the case begins.

3. Action Time (60–90 minutes)

Teams investigate alibis, gather digital clues, and unravel twisted narratives using the mobile portal. It’s part logic, part drama, and full-on teamwork as the mystery slowly unfolds.

4. Reflecting & Connecting (5 minutes)

Once the culprit is revealed, teams reflect on how they pieced it all together. The debrief highlights listening skills, breaking biases, collaboration, and how small details can lead to big breakthroughs — both in games and at work.

5. Closing & Wrap Up (5–10 minutes)

With laughs, surprises, and wild theories shared, the activity wraps up on a high. Teams walk away more connected, sharper in their thinking, and bonded by a mystery well solved.
