Activity Program Flow

1. Context Setting & Ice Breakers (5–10 minutes)

The rally begins with a quick hello and a fun warm-up to spark creativity. Each team gets domino chips and a clear mission: build a domino rally that’s as clever as it is connected. Everyone’s in — thinkers, builders, fixers, toppers.

2. Activity Briefing (5 minutes)

The task is simple but not easy. Teams create their own domino section first. Later, all sections must connect to form one mega rally. Precision matters. So does creativity and the ability to plan ahead while staying flexible.

3. Action Time (60–90 minutes)

Teams dive into designing their domino sections, navigating constant flops and course corrections. As they near completion, a twist is revealed — every team now needs to link their section with others to form a single flowing masterpiece. Collaboration levels up, and alignment becomes the name of the game.

4. Reflecting & Connecting (5 minutes)

The grand topple moment shows how individual efforts, when synced, create something bigger. Teams reflect on how adaptability, collaboration, and attention to detail helped them pivot, align, and succeed — just like in any fast-moving workplace.

5. Closing & Wrap Up (5–10 minutes)

As the final domino falls, the room buzzes with high-fives and shared satisfaction. The host wraps it up with quick highlights and shout-outs, leaving teams with a strong sense of achievement and a reminder of what’s possible when everyone moves in sync..
