Inside Out is a playful wellness quest that energizes the body, mind, and team through fun challenges. 

Using a web app, teams complete tasks that spark movement, reflection, and connection, sharing photos and videos to score points. It’s a joyful journey focused on participation and bonding, leaving everyone refreshed and connected.

Activity Program Flow

1. Context Setting & Ice Breakers (5–10 minutes)

Your host sets the tone for a day that’s lighthearted, reflective, and full of surprises. Participants are grouped into teams and introduced to the three core zones: Body, Mind, and Team. A quick wellness-themed icebreaker gets everyone warmed up—literally and mentally!

2. Activity Briefing (5 minutes)

Teams are briefed on the objective: complete as many wellness quests as possible using the web app. Each challenge spans movement, mindfulness, and team connection. From quirky poses to team rituals, each task must be documented and uploaded to score points.

3. Action Time (60–90 minutes)

Let the quest begin! Teams explore their environment, tackle mini-challenges, solve clues, and get creative with submissions. From mindful breathing to spontaneous dance-offs, everything counts—as long as it strengthens body, mind, and team spirit.

4. Reflecting & Connecting (5 minutes)

Teams regroup and reflect on the journey. How did it feel to shift focus inward while working outwardly with others? Quick shares help reinforce how well-being and collaboration go hand-in-hand.

5. Closing & Wrap Up (5–10 minutes)

The host wraps up with highlights, shoutouts, and a leaderboard reveal. The mood is cheerful, the energy high, and the takeaway clear: when we prioritize holistic wellness together, everyone wins from the inside out.
