Activity Program Flow

1. Context Setting & Ice Breakers (5–10 minutes)

Welcome to the Giant Pyramid Challenge! Teams are formed, spirits are lifted with quick icebreakers, and your host sets the scene for a unique building mission — where every team holds a piece of the big picture.

2. Activity Briefing (5 minutes)

Each team is tasked with building one section of a larger pyramid. The challenge isn’t just about good design — it’s about ensuring your part fits perfectly with the others when it all comes together.

3. Action Time (60–90 minutes)

Teams jump into action, designing and building their individual segments. As the clock winds down, all teams unite to stack their pieces into one towering structure. Precision, timing, and teamwork are everything.

4. Reflecting & Connecting (5 minutes)

Teams pause to reflect on how they aligned their designs into one towering build. It’s a quick look at coordination, interdependence, and how collaboration scales when done right.

5. Closing & Wrap Up (5–10 minutes)

The giant pyramid is complete, the final touches are admired, and teams walk away with a shared sense of achievement — each one having played a part in something much bigger.
