Activity Program Flow

1. Context Setting & Ice Breakers (5–10 minutes)

Step into the arena! Teams are formed, icebreakers get the energy flowing, and your host sets the stage for a challenge full of creativity, coordination, and just a little cardboard madness.

2. Activity Briefing (5 minutes)

Each team receives a detailed manual and building materials. The task? Build a functional chariot and get it ready to race. From structure to style, teamwork is what gets you across the finish line.

3. Action Time (60–90 minutes)

Time to build, test, and decorate! Teams hustle to bring their chariot to life, assigning roles, navigating hiccups, and throwing in creative touches before lining up for the final race.

4. Reflecting & Connecting (5 minutes)

Teams race against eachother and test the sturdiness of their chariots. Key learnings include planning with purpose, adapting mid-build, and syncing individual effort toward a shared goal.
