Activity Program Flow

1. Context Setting & Ice Breakers (5–10 minutes)

Welcome to the F1 Car Team Building Challenge! Teams are formed, energy is high, and icebreakers get everyone into gear. With a fun intro from the host, the race day spirit kicks off with smiles and strategy.

2. Activity Briefing (5 minutes)

Your mission: build and race your own F1 car using the materials provided. The host explains the rules, how to earn bonus resources through mini challenges, and what makes a winning team — speed, design, and teamwork.

3. Action Time (60–90 minutes)

Time to build, brand, and race! Teams construct their cars, decorate them with full creative flair, and prepare for the final showdown. Quick challenges may pop up to unlock extra tools or parts — think fast and collaborate even faster.

4. Reflecting & Connecting (5 minutes)

After the cheers die down, teams reflect on what made their car (and teamwork) fly or falter. The debrief reveals how strategic planning, cross-functional roles, and agility under pressure helped bring their ideas to life — just like in any fast-paced work setting.

5. Closing & Wrap Up (5–10 minutes)

Winners are crowned for speed, creativity, and teamwork. A round of cheers, medals, and a final group photo wraps up a high-octane session filled with learning, laughter, and lots of team spirit.
