Teams come together to design and assemble school bags for children in need using limited resources and creative themes.

The activity encourages collaboration, empathy, and smart planning. It’s a powerful blend of purpose, creativity, and giving back.

Activity Program Flow

1. Context Setting & Ice Breakers (5–10 minutes)

The host welcomes everyone with a feel-good kickoff and quick icebreakers. Teams are introduced to the challenge: craft thoughtful, creative school bags that will be gifted to children in need.

2. Activity Briefing (5 minutes)

Teams receive limited materials and a unique bag theme. The goal is to build a bag that’s functional, creative, and filled with heart — showing how teamwork can create real-world impact.

3. Action Time (60–90 minutes)

Teams design, decorate, and bring their bags to life. Midway through, they must negotiate for missing materials, testing their collaboration, creativity, and adaptability under pressure.

4. Reflecting & Connecting (5 minutes)

Teams reflect on what they created and why it matters. The debrief brings out lessons in teamwork, resourcefulness, and how even small acts of compassion can drive meaningful change..

5. Closing & Wrap Up (5–10 minutes)

The bags are presented and donated, closing the loop between effort and impact. Teams leave with full hearts, stronger bonds, and a clear sense of purpose beyond the task.
