Activity Program Flow

1. Context Setting & Ice Breakers (5–10 minutes)

Your host kicks off with fun icebreakers and sets the stage for a bold mission—design and build your dream city. Teams are formed and materials revealed. Let the urban madness begin.

2. Activity Briefing (5 minutes)

Teams must plan, design, and start constructing their ideal city—complete with roads, landmarks, and sustainable features. Creative chaos and teamwork are the only constants.

3. Action Time (60–90 minutes)

Teams dive into construction, but midway through, there’s a twist—they must switch cities and continue from where another team left off. Collaboration, adaptability, and vision take center stage.

4. Reflecting & Connecting (5 minutes)

Teams reflect on adapting to change, working with unfamiliar ideas, and co-owning success. Lessons around flexibility, creative problem-solving, and teamwork emerge organically.

5. Closing & Wrap Up (5–10 minutes)

Cities are showcased, stories are shared, and laughs are exchanged. The host wraps up with a high-five to collective imagination and lessons that stick far beyond the skyline.
