Our Approach
We designed a highly customized Supply Chain Simulation Workshop—an immersive, hands-on experience that
recreated the complexities of a real-world supply chain. The simulation challenged participants to manage
the full supply cycle, while dealing with unpredictable variables like external market shifts, demand
fluctuations, vendor constraints, and cash flow limitations.
Each team acted as a mini supply chain unit—forecasting demand, placing orders, managing vendor
relationships, allocating budgets, and ensuring timely delivery to customers. We layered the experience
with elements like external news updates, seasonal triggers, and even unexpected disruptions to mirror
real-life supply chain pressures.
To keep it both strategic and engaging, we gamified the entire simulation with in-game currency, time-
bound decisions, and performance metrics. The result was an energetic, collaborative environment where
the supply chain team had to think critically, communicate effectively, and take ownership of their
decisions and their downstream impact on other teams.
