Getting out of mundane office environment

Our Approach:

We realised the best way to get the team out of the monotony of an office was to get some Vitamin Sea! At a beautiful beach side of Ras Al Khaimah, we gave participants some cardboards, cutters ,lot of tapes and asked them to “Build a Boat”. Now the biggest question was how would the teams test if the boats were a success. That’s when they decided to elect their champions to ride the boat, put on some life jackets, grab the pedals and hit the waves for a boat race! The participants had a fun morning doing something absolutely different and embracing the outdoors like pros!
