Activity Program Flow
1. Context Setting & Ice Breakers (5–10 minutes)
The host welcomes everyone and sets the stage for a challenge where sight is off the table. Quick icebreakers help build comfort as teams prepare to navigate puzzles and obstacles blindfolded.
2. Activity Briefing (5 minutes)
Teams are briefed on the rules. With blindfolds on, they must rely on verbal cues to guide each other through mazes and crack codes. Strategy, trust, and communication will be everything.
3. Action Time (60–90 minutes)
Blindfolded teams move through obstacles and puzzles using only each other’s words. As the pressure builds, clear instructions, patience, and quick thinking become the difference between stuck and success.
4. Reflecting & Connecting (5 minutes)
Once the challenge wraps, teams reflect on what made them work well together. The host leads a discussion on trust, leadership, and communication — drawing clear links to how these lessons show up at work.
5. Closing & Wrap Up (5–10 minutes)
Teams finish with laughs, insights, and a shared sense of achievement. It’s a powerful reminder that even without sight, great teamwork sees the way forward.
