Activity Program Flow

1. Context Setting & Ice Breakers (5–10 minutes)

Welcome to Architects of Legopolis! Teams are formed, LEGO kits handed out, and imaginations sparked with a quirky icebreaker: What would your dream LEGO job be? From dragon tamers to space taco chefs, it’s all about warming up with laughs and creativity.

2. Activity Briefing (5 minutes)

Each team is tasked with building a section of a larger LEGO city—parks, towers, stations, or something wildly unexpected. The catch? Every build must connect seamlessly into a shared cityscape. Plan smart, build bold, and think like a team of urban dreamers.

3. Action Time (60–90 minutes)

Time to build Legopolis! Teams jump into brainstorming, designing, and assembling their sections. Collaboration is key as ideas evolve and structures rise. With limited bricks and big vision, the city comes together—colorful, chaotic, and uniquely yours.

4. Reflecting & Connecting (5 minutes)

With the city complete, teams reflect on how collaboration, communication, and adaptability shaped the outcome. Just like in the workplace, every block (and teammate) plays a part in building something bigger.

5. Closing & Wrap Up (5–10 minutes)

Final city tour time! Teams admire each other’s builds, share quick wins and fun moments, and wrap up with high-fives and a few snaps of Legopolis in all its glory. Creativity: unlocked
