Activity Program Flow
1. Context Setting & Ice Breakers (5–10 minutes)
This indoor team event kicks off with a vibrant welcome from the host, who sets the rhythm for the session ahead. Participants are divided into teams and briefed on the percussion-based team-building challenge. Each group is introduced to their instruments, goals, and how the activity blends coordination, timing, and collaboration.
2. Activity Briefing (5 minutes)
The host explains how the session will unfold—how to approach instrument use, collaborate musically, and perform as a team. Teams learn how to rotate roles, experiment with rhythm, and sync their sounds for a high-energy, unified performance.
3. Action Time (60–90 minutes)
The core experience begins!
Each team works together to compose a unique percussion performance.Members rotate across instruments—drums, shakers, sticks, and more.Teams must align their tempo, listen actively, and adapt quickly.With guidance from the host (or a rhythm coach), this becomes an immersive journey of creativity, listening, and synchronicity.
4. Reflecting & Connecting (5 minutes)
Teams come back together to reflect on what they created.
What worked well?
How did communication shape their rhythm?
What moments of magic or mishaps stood out?
This reflection encourages deeper insights into teamwork, timing, and trust.
5. Closing & Wrap Up (5–10 minutes)
The session wraps with high energy as the host recognizes the standout team performance(s). Awards or shout-outs are given for creativity, rhythm, and group harmony. A final group photo captures the vibe—and everyone leaves feeling empowered, energized, and in sync.
