Activity Program Flow

1. Context Setting & Ice Breakers (5–10 minutes)

The host kicks things off with a lively welcome and quick icebreakers to set the tone. Teams are formed and introduced to a hands-on challenge: build a bike using only the materials provided — no manual included.

2. Activity Briefing (5 minutes)

Teams are tasked with building a fully functional bicycle from scratch. The focus is on problem-solving, creativity, and working together under time pressure to create something that actually moves.

3. Action Time (60–90 minutes)

As the build begins, teams strategize, assemble, and adapt. Midway through, the big reveal is made — these bikes will be donated to individuals in need. Energy shifts, purpose deepens, and teamwork takes on a whole new meaning.

4. Reflecting & Connecting (5 minutes)

Teams reflect on what it meant to collaborate with purpose. The debrief highlights creative thinking, teamwork under pressure, and the bigger why — how giving back can transform effort into real impact.

5. Closing & Wrap Up (5–10 minutes)

The challenge ends with completed bikes, stronger bonds, and a shared sense of pride. Teams leave knowing they didn’t just build something — they made a difference, together.
